services. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds
may be requested and processed when you purchase or use our services.
By purchasing any service from Bytesis Ltd., you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy in conjunction with our
Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital, software, and service-based products, all purchases
are considered final unless explicitly stated otherwise in this policy or agreed
in writing.
Refunds are provided only where applicable and at the sole discretion of Bytesis
Ltd., in accordance with the conditions outlined below.
2. Services Eligible for Refund
The following services may be eligible for a refund:
- Shared Hosting Services: Eligible for a refund within
30 days of initial purchase, provided the service has not been
abused and no policy violations have occurred.
Refund eligibility applies only to first-time purchases and does not apply to
renewals.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following products and services are strictly non-refundable:
- Domain names (registration, renewal, transfer)
- SSL certificates
- Dedicated IP addresses
- VPS, VDS, and Dedicated Servers
- Software licenses and digital products
- Custom development, web design, or technical services
- Setup fees, installation charges, and migration fees
- Promotional, discounted, or trial-based services
- Services suspended or terminated due to policy violations
- Bulk SMS credits or reseller credit balances
4. Refund Conditions
Refund requests may be rejected if:
- The service has been misused, abused, or used in violation of our policies
- Excessive resource usage or prohibited activities were detected
- The request is made after the applicable refund period
- The account is involved in fraud, chargebacks, or abuse
5. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, you must:
- Log in to your client account
- Submit a refund request via a support ticket
- Provide the service ID and reason for the request
Refund requests made via email, chat, or phone will not be processed.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during
purchase. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
Any applicable transaction fees, taxes, or gateway charges are non-refundable.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Bytesis Ltd.
may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
Accounts involved in chargebacks are no longer eligible for refunds or future
services.
8. Service Cancellation
You may cancel services at any time via your client area. Cancellation does not
automatically entitle you to a refund unless explicitly stated in this policy.
9. Policy Modifications
Bytesis Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at
any time without prior notice.
Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services
constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
